The Nano is a complete solar power backup system — a 300W panel on your roof and a 1kWh LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate — the safest battery chemistry) battery inside your home. When load shedding hits, your fans, lights, TV, and phones keep running. It is designed for 1–2 room households, home offices, and small shops. Starting from ৳38,000, installed in one day.
It depends on what you run. In sleeping mode — one fan, two lights, two phones charging — the Nano runs for 6.5–7 hours. Children studying with a laptop and four lights: 6.5 hours. With everything running — two fans, TV, six lights — 3–3.5 hours. A sunny day fully recharges the battery, even if you used it all night. See the full runtime scenarios on the Nano page →
Honest answer: On a sunny day, the 300W panel generates 1,200–1,500 Wh — more than enough to fully recharge the 1kWh battery. On a cloudy (not raining) day, it still generates 200–400 Wh. Heavy rain: limited generation. The system also charges from the grid when power is available. This is designed for Bangladesh's load shedding pattern — regular and predictable, not 7 consecutive completely dark days.
No — and we will tell you this clearly rather than after you buy. A 1-ton AC draws 900–1,200W — more than the Nano's entire output. For AC backup, you need a specialised high-power system. We can quote for that separately. The Nano handles what matters most during load shedding: fans, lights, TV, phone, laptop.
LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate — the safest battery chemistry) is the safest, longest-lasting lithium battery chemistry available. Your standard IPS uses lead-acid — rated for 300–500 cycles, lasts 12–18 months in Bangladesh's heat. LiFePO4 is rated for 3,000+ cycles, handles temperatures up to 60°C, produces no hydrogen gas or acid risk, and requires zero maintenance. In 7 years, a lead-acid IPS costs you ৳1.25–1.58 lakh in battery replacements. The Nano: ৳38,000, once. Full technology comparison →
Three things: First, we are honest about specs — we publish the exact watt draws and runtimes so you know what you are buying. Second, we include lightning surge protection as standard — most systems in Bangladesh do not. Third, we maintain what we install — most solar systems go unserviced until they fail. Our AMC exists because we intend to be here when something needs attention.
Bangladesh has a 1.22 bcfd structural gas deficit that exists independently of the Hormuz crisis. Even when the crisis resolves, 4–8 hours of daily load shedding persists. This is not a temporary emergency product. It is permanent infrastructure that launched at the right moment.
All-inclusive. The ৳38,000–44,000 price covers: the solar panel, the battery, the inverter, all wiring, mounting hardware, surge protection, installation (4–6 hours, 2-person crew), and system commissioning. No hidden costs. The only optional add-on is the DC fan upgrade (৳2,500–3,000 per fan). The AMC is optional, not mandatory.
Not mandatory. The 2-year full system warranty is included in the purchase price, no AMC required. The AMC (৳5,000/year for Nano) is for customers who want scheduled service visits, panel cleaning, BMS checks, and firmware updates. For less than ৳420/month, your system is maintained and monitored. We recommend it. We do not require it.
Bangladesh has one of the highest lightning strike rates in the world — over 200 lightning strike days per year. An unprotected solar system can be destroyed in one storm. We include a DC Surge Protection Device (SPD) Type 2, rated to IEC 61643-31 standard (600V, 40kA) as standard on every system. This is not an add-on. It is included because it would be irresponsible not to.
Your existing AC ceiling fans work perfectly — they run through our 500W pure sine wave inverter. No changes required. The DC fan upgrade (৳2,500–3,000 per fan) is available for maximum runtime efficiency — DC fans draw 25–35W vs 60–75W for AC fans, giving you 30–40% longer fan runtime. It is optional, never mandatory.
৳3,200/month for 12 months, zero down payment, via bKash or an NBFI partner. Subject to partner approval. This is less than most families spend on generator diesel. We will walk you through the process during your 48-hour follow-up call.
BSTI certification is in process. Full regulatory compliance is our baseline, not an afterthought. Our components meet IEC standards (IEC 61960 for battery cycles, IEC 61643-31 for SPD). We will update this page when BSTI certification is confirmed.
Sodium-ion batteries (CATL's Naxtra line, launched at scale in 2025) are the next generation of battery technology. When this technology reaches Bangladesh — and we are already building the supply relationships — AAA Battery customers will receive first access to an upgrade programme. YSBMF and TC community members are first in line. Our current LiFePO4 system is not a compromise. It is the right technology for Bangladesh right now. Community early access →
