The Window Is
12–18 Months Wide.
38 million affected households. Zero dominant D2C solar brand. A founding team already operating in trade. This is the entry point.
THE OPPORTUNITY
One crisis. One structural gap. One team already in position.
On February 28, 2026, the Strait of Hormuz closed. Bangladesh — 95% energy import dependent — entered its worst energy crisis in recorded history. 10–18 hours of daily load shedding across every major city. 38 million households without power for most of the day.
The market for residential and commercial solar backup systems in Bangladesh was pre-existing and growing before this crisis. The crisis accelerated it by a decade in 60 days. There is now a window — we estimate 12–18 months — before institutional capital and international brands occupy the dominant position.
AAA Battery has product validated, supply chain identified, a founding team with existing trade relationships in Bangladesh, and early community validation from YSBMF and TC. The window is now. The deck is the full story.
FINANCIAL MODEL
The honest financial model.
We show you the conservative numbers, not the best case.

YEAR 3
Carbon Credits
Verified Emission Reductions (VERs) from displaced diesel generation. Year 3 revenue stream as scale qualifies for certification.
TECHNOLOGY ROADMAP
The sodium-ion upgrade programme.
CATL's Naxtra sodium-ion battery line launched at scale in 2025. Sodium-ion offers lower cost, better high-temperature performance, and abundant raw materials — advantages that matter specifically in Bangladesh's market conditions.
AAA Battery is building the supply relationships now. When sodium-ion technology reaches Bangladesh, our existing customer base becomes the upgrade market. YSBMF and TC community members are first in line for the upgrade programme.
Target deployment window: Q3–Q4 2026 pilot programme. Compatibility plan: retrofit or subsidised swap for existing Nano customers.
Important: Our current LiFePO4 system is not a compromise. It is the right technology for Bangladesh right now — proven, available, and priced for mass deployment. The sodium-ion roadmap is an upgrade path, not a hedge.
